Some Responsibilities:
- Take client calls, manage work order processes, interact with vendors, and resolve client matters.
- Maintain, and update accurate back-up files in the company drive.
- Greet walk-in clients as appropriate.
- Manage, and process homeowner amenity and/or security deposits, and refunds.
- Manage parking stickers, hang tags, amenity keys, fobs, and reservations, website, safe listing for assigned properties, and administration of gate access software.
- Review, input, separate and handle all mail for assigned CEs.
- Coordinate with assigned CEs to prepare monthly google calendars for deadlines, reports, processes, and standing meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with residents and owners.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
