Job Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $25.64 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours weekly

Location: Onsite

Duration: 6 months

The Financial Coordinator supports the Finance and Operations managers with auditing account reconciliations, reviewing and proofing reimbursement requests for accuracy, and filtering incoming requests to the appropriate finance team member. This position will also assist staff with account requests and will work independently most of the time.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Workday experience in a university setting (preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word and Excel spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently to identify and act on relevant work.
• Advanced administrative, finance and time management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to problem solve and prioritize workloads while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Two plus years of experience in accounting, finance (preferred).
