THE ROLE:
- Prefer 15 years of relevant experience.
- 8 years working with Oracle Cloud ERP in Finance modules, Oracle EPM
- 5 years of IT management experience managing systems supporting ERP,Budgeting, Finance Reporting, Business Intelligence, HR and Expense Management systems.
- Partners with Finance to establish and maintain SOX computer systemscompliance.
- Oversee ITGC elements of SOX compliance including coordination withinternal/external auditors on quarterly and annual reviews
SKILLS
- Expert knowledge of business systemsprocesses within the manufacturing industry, including Record-to-Report(General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), Order-to-Cash (Ordermanagement, Fulfillment, Accounts Receivable), Procure-to-Pay (Direct Procurement,Receiving and Accounts Payable) Plan-to-Manufacture (Manufacturing, Inventoryand Cost Management).
- Expert knowledge of Oracle’s Cloud ERPConfiguration for Finance Modules
- Excellent mentoring skills fordeveloping subordinate staff.
- Expert knowledge of and ability to putinto practice commonly used SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
- Lead large scale or complex businesssystems and application upgrades/ enhancement development and installations
- Define cost and time estimates forimplementation/development projects
- Provide Level 1 support for theapplications in the portfolio
