The purpose of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is to integrate and direct implementation of Neuropsych sales plans and objectives within specified geography. The RSM is responsible for building and maintaining a successful account management and sales team. The incumbent manages a team of sales representatives with the desired outcome of meeting sales objectives based on national directives. The RSM will establish high work standards and ensure that the team works in accordance with all company policies. In this role you will:
* Trains, coaches and supervises sales representatives in specified geography, maintaining regular visibility with appropriate oral and written follow up. Recruits, interviews and hires as needed.
* Integrates and directs implementation sales plans and objectives.
* Discerns trends in the marketplace and makes decisions based on available analysis and resources.
* Develops and maintains team spirit and enthusiasm in order to achieve the greatest on-label impact on the product position and value.
* Develops and maintains an atmosphere that promotes safety and quality of life for all associates, on and off the job.
****Qualifications****
**Requirements:**
* Bachelors degree, preferably in business or a scientific discipline
* Must have five years pharmaceutical sales **or** pharmaceutical sales management experience or equivalent leadership training experience
* Level of the role will commensurate based on years of experience and performance criteria
* Self-starter and self-motivator
* Overnight travel required
* 12 months in current Teva position for internal candidates
* Candidates must be able to successfully pass background, motor and drug screening
* Ability to travel as required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel Valid US drivers license and acceptable driving record required
* Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
