Nextant LLC is Hiring a Data Analyst 3 Near Bellevue, WA
Nextant is looking for a driven Data Analyst 3 to join our client team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop 7 Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
- Work with the team in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, and best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage, and analysis strategies
- Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Test programs or reports, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
- Design reports that identify trends, patterns, and correlations to help drive business decision-making.
- Implement automation processes using Power Automate to streamline report generation and distribution.
- Document report structures, data sources, and automation workflows and training materials and sessions for the client's team.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years of applicable experience required in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or a related field required
- 5-7 years of applicable experience required in PowerBI and PowerAutomate
- 2-3 Years of experience in data analysis and data visualization. Easy to use/easy to manipulate reports (designed well)
- Knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated history of success
- Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Power BI for report development and visualization.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The contract renewal timeline is subject to fluctuations based on client budget considerations and candidate performance, thus the exact duration remains indefinite.
On-site Position
Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $109,000.00 - $120,000.00 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Please note: Candidate must be in Washington.
