Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information about our services, products, and company policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks to update client information and maintain records
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate office supplies orders and maintain inventory levels
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
