Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience as a medical receptionist or in a medical office is a plus
- Proficiency in event planning or project coordination
- Ability to assist with personal tasks as needed
- Strong calendar management skills
- Excellent filing and data entry abilities
- Typing proficiency for various administrative tasks
