We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Nextaff. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional service to our customers seeking various home improvement products

Base Pay

This role has a minimum base pay from $12.50 per hour with the ability to make from $40,000 to $60,000 on commission alone.

Purpose

The sales agent will be tasked with developing new leads, communicating with customers, maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. As the face of our company in the field, you will play a significant role in maintaining and expanding our customer base.

Essential Job Functions

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations in line with our vision for home remodeling.
• Sales with the goal of showing our product and selling it to residential and commercial clients.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain a tidy and organized showroom environment, ensuring products are displayed professionally and labeled clearly to inspire customers and reinforce our vision for creating beautiful living spaces
• Prepare accurate price quotations, process orders, and coordinate product deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our vision for delivering exceptional home transformations.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in inside sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of home improvement products, including but not limited to cabinets, flooring, backsplash, and remodeling materials, is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift

• Laredo, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
