What’s the shift schedule?

· 8-hour shift times from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, depending on the department.

· As a technician, you may occasionally work past 5:00 pm.

· Once trained, you’re on call for one-week periods rotating between technicians.

Inspect Your New Role:

As a Technician, you will:

Work with our Coordinators to get dispatched to different client sites.

Know the ins-and-outs of client site needs to ensure high client satisfaction during installation and service processes.

Conduct system installations, setups, testing, troubleshooting, calibrating and client training.

We’re hiring for both Entry-Level and Experienced Technicians:

Entry-Level Technicians will train under a Senior Technician in less complex install/service jobs such as running wires, cables, and conduits for mostly residential customers.

Experience Technicians will install and service a range of security, life safety, audio/visual, and automation systems for both commercial and residential customers.

Calibrate Your Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as a Service or Installation Technician
• Ability to work a rotating "on-call" service schedule.
• Are mechanically inclined and are proficient using tools.
• Clean driving record and background check.
