As a Systems Administrator at Next Glass, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our internal systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce, ChurnZero, Hubspot, ZenDesk, and other similar platforms. Your role will involve coordination, security, and efficiency of these systems to support our company's operations and growth. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across various departments, including sales, finance, marketing, customer success, product, and engineering to understand their needs and implement solutions accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and configure Salesforce, including customization, automations, custom reports, custom dashboards, user management, data management, and integration with other systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and enhancements related to Salesforce, Hubspot, ChurnZero, and ZenDesk.
Administer and configure dashboards through Metabase, Salesforce, and other tools.
Assist with the Salesforce integration, configuration, and administration of other systems such as ChurnZero, ZenDesk, Salesloft, Stax Bill, and Hubspot as needed.
Collaborate with leadership to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system upgrades, and ensure seamless integration between and among different systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in all systems to support business processes.
Coordinate with and provide support to primary internal owners of non-Salesforce systems, including Zendesk, Hubspot, and ChurnZero. Provide resourcing to build out basic automations and systems improvements.
Conduct regular audits and maintenance activities to ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with best practices and security standards.
Provide systems training and support to end-users, including sales reps, support agents, and customer success managers.
Manage user access and permissions, security settings, and data sharing rules within Salesforce.
Monitor system usage, performance metrics, and user adoption to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay current with updates and new features in Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, and ChurnZero, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain an up-to-date repository of information.
Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Admin Certification (Advanced Admin certification preferred).
Experience working in a growth-stage technology company or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Zendesk, Hubspot, and ChurnZero is a plus, but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
