Registered Nurse Manager - Pre-Operative

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Pre-Operative Department will have the following job responsibilities:

• You will oversee the planning, directing and controlling of the staffing assignments in accordance with objectives and policies to insure effective coverage of the department, and maintain productivity targets.
• You will plan and direct staff activities
• You will participate in unit activities/operations.
• You will create and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• You will develop a professional climate within the nursing unit/units. You will participate in unit activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Manager - Pre-Operative

RN MGR - PRE-OP

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Pre-Operative Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant experience required
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory/charge nurse position in surgery/day surgery
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• Registered Nurse license in Texas. If Compact License, Texas license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• BLS & ACLS

Salary range: $90k - $130k based on years of experience
