We are looking for experienced engineers to join our team responsible for the quality and reliability of our products.
At Nexla, our promise is to deliver products that can be used for solving complex problems without compromising on the ease of use. As such, our product development philosophy is to constantly keep iterating on striking a balance between simplicity and configurability. This philosophy is at the core of how we approach testing of our suite of products.
This is a remote position on a globally distributed team of QA engineers that work closely with the development teams to identify weak spots and potential problems in our products. As a test engineer you navigate our product capabilities and corresponding codebases, identify ways in which users might use the platform, and build manual and automation test suites. You will be involved in product design discussions and help ensure the platform works for all the different user personas we cater to. Although experience in manual and automation testing is required, the focus of the role will be manual Back End testing.
Compensation
The compensation will be determined by multiple factors such as location, skills, and overall experience with the base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000. Employment includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and unlimited PTO.
