Your Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phones, emails, and live chat
  • Professionally addressing customer concerns and providing solutions
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues, reporting to high-level management
  • Place orders with customers, answer questions about our product and services
  • Follow-up with customers on any outstanding matters and provide additional assistance as needed
  • Cultivating positive rapport with customers, maintaining an upbeat and friendly demeanor
