Customer Service Associates handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing, payments, credits, fraud alerts, internet and cell phone services, and mortgage servicing. Successful candidates must possess problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and exceptional communication abilities to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information securely.
· Demonstrate multitasking abilities while engaging with customers.
· Commit to working extended hours as needed to achieve goals.
· Complete assigned responsibilities from managers promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
· Ability to commit to full-time hours and flexible scheduling.
· Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
$17.00 Per Hour
Schedule
11:00am – 7:30pm | Monday – Friday
