The Payroll Specialist works collaboratively with facility leaders and managers to provide innovative Talent & Culture solutions and approaches. This role identifies and responds to the needs of employees and managers and is the single point of contact for people and payroll services. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring optimal delivery of people services to include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll processing, and report writing.
