Director of Quality Patient Safety Administrative Operations - Per Diem | Days

You will be responsible for administrative, financial, human resource, information management, and quality improvement oversight for the Division of Quality and Patient Safety. Oversee the ongoing development of quality improvement programs for the Value Institute and the Quality University. You will supervise improvement staff, advising and guiding the work of individual teams, identifying and coordinating strategies across campuses, and providing overall management of staff.Thrive in a culture that rewards innovation and creativity. Required:

• New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologists License from New York Education Department

• Minimum of 6 years clinical laboratory experience with Bachelors Degree or 4 years of experience with a Master’s degree or 2 years of experience with a Ph.D.

• Excellent technical skills, including product development and training skills

• Cognitive ability to develop and troubleshoot sophisticated analytical procedures
