Call Center Coordinator, PRN Day Shift
Shift : 7a-7p, Every other Saturday and Sunday
Estimated Pay : Up to $20 / hr
The Role Itself
- Provides Clerical Support to the Assessment and Referral Department.
- Maintains documents necessary for admissions.
- Processes consent forms and admission documentation.
- Completes verification of benefits for insurance.
- Communicates with families, patients, or referrals sources as needed.
- Answers incoming referral calls from potential clients providing support and encouraging their desire to seek treatment.
- Other duties as assigned
