Nestled on 40 secluded acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn – a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux association – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop. The property features 33 guest rooms in the Inn’s historic mansion or perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a catering venue, and two destination restaurants. About the Position: In the Catering Bartender role, you will be mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons during banquet events.
About You: You are passionate about hospitality. You have a strong sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
Essential Duties
- Greeting customers
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serves wine and draught or bottled beer
- Assists with orders or requisitions liquors and supplies
- Serving food and non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverages to customers
- Setting up and breaking down banquet bars
- Competitive compensation $22/Hour

Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Must be available through the end of October 2024
- Minimum of two year’s experience required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
