Newpoint Services is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Lebanon, IN

Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating processes, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager&you will be responsible for providing services & leading a team:
Work Scheduled: Schedule will be flexible based on client needs.
The Assistant Manager will be onsite to support the hours of operations listed above, the schedule will be flexible as to be available during different shifts through the week / weekend. There are work duties that will take place before and after hours of operation to ensure preparedness for the next shift.
In our efforts to exhibit a high level of service excellence we must maintain a professional level. Below is a brief listing of these standards, which must be maintained. Basic Standards (not all inclusive):
Client Retention & Growth:
Follow all instructions as described by client to ensure minimal disruption at client site
Communicate expectations with client including: beginning of day plan & follow through on end of day outcomes
Leadership:
Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform & holding team accountable for the same
Responsible for communicating schedule & schedule changes for the Associates to ensure team is on the job site accordingly
Train associates on the technical aspects of the job duties
Bi-lingual skill set is a plus
Judgement:
Resolve customer complaints independently
Document & communicate project outcomes internally & externally
Technical Acumen:
Willing to train associates on various products and solutions
Use mechanical aptitude to utilize various pieces of equipment
Troubleshoot issues with equipment and provide recommendations
Use basic computer skills to communicate internally & externally via email, update various internal systems (payroll, scheduling, product ordering, etc )
Performs all tasks as trained for the proper use and application of products and proper use of PPE
Conduct Preventative Maintenance on equipment & tools as needed
Ensure that equipment & tools are properly cared for at the end of each use
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
Ability bend, reach, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
