Our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled manufacturing facility houses the latest Amada metal fabrication machinery, positioning us for even higher levels of quality and efficiency. 

At Newco, we are seeking summer associates to help in a variety of roles. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic hand tools, hand/eye coordination, and a focus on quality work.

Open roles:

• Sub-Assembly:Assembling batch orders of small parts that are later used in the assembly lines
• Assembly: Assembling the inside of brewers to the blueprints and schematics provided, primarily uses hand tools and some machinery.
• Electronics:Programming tablets, manually adding components to printed circuit boards, soldering of circuit boards
• Boxing: Inspecting, packaging, and boxing completed brewers for shipment.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time: 6:30am - 3:00pm
• Part time mornings: 6:30am - 11:00am
• Part-time afternoons: 11:30am - 3:00pm
• Part-time mid-day: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Requirements

• At least 15 years of age
• Excellent hand eye coordination.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to stand for a prolonged period (up to 8 hours) and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.
• Lifting up to 25lbs.
• Safety minded individuals - PPE is required at all times while working.
