Looking for summer maintenance helper to help maintenance staff maintain exterior of buildings/some interior work of 250 multi-family community.

Duties would include but not limited to repairing decks, painting, grounds/lawn care work, cleaning gutters, drainage work, etc.

Looking for reliable, hard worker that is available full time from May through September.

This is a seasonal/full time position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
