Our patient-oriented imaging centers aim to create a positive experience for all. Conveniently located throughout the five boroughs and extending to Nassau and Suffolk County, our team performs technological functions to ensure the optimal diagnostic quality of patient care, utilizing efficient and safe processes.In this role you will:

Work with the interdisciplinary team to execute a customized plan of care for each unique patient.
Guide the patient through the treatment process, reviewing instructions, and scheduling appointments.

Facilitate interaction between patients and their physician and referring physician(s) as appropriate.
Navigate the patient and family across care settings according to the established patient care plan and clinical pathways
Utilize effective communication to ensure patient and caregiver(s) have appropriate information, understand, and have the capacity and tools to adhere to the individualized treatment plan.
Contribute to quality-driven performance improvement initiatives.

We require:

Bachelor’s Degree Nursing
Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing License
Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Electronic Health Record documentation
Minimum of two years experience in an outpatient medical office setting.
Healthcare or Customer Service Experience
Patient Navigation Certification (NYCBS will fully support our team member(s) in achieving and maintaining specialized certification.)

Hours: Monday–Friday
Salary up to $55/hr. based on experience. Benefits include Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance on day 1 of employment, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO time, 8 paid holidays (2 floating), and more.
