In this role you will:

• Perform routine and diagnostic mammography procedures.
• Assist with stereotactic biopsies
• Monitor inventory levels and facilitate supply orders.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, tact, and courtesy, while explaining procedures to patients to alleviate anxieties and encourage cooperation.
• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Determine exposure factors based on height, weight, the portion of the body involved, and the degree of penetration required.
• Adjust imaging equipment to ensure accurate and detailed images.
• Process and review images for proper identification and quality control.
• Implement radiation protection techniques to safeguard patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports of procedures performed.
• Provide orientation and training to new team members.
• Perform additional duties as required.

We require:

• Licensed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Minimum of three (3) years of continuous experience in Mammography
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish a plus.

All openings are for daytime weekday hours.
Salary is determined by one's level of experience up to $57/hr. Benefits include Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance on day 1 of employment, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO time, 8 paid holidays (2 floating), and more.
