The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative, marketing and operational support to assigned business units that deliver marketing communications across divisions of New York Blood Center Enterprises (NYBCe). The role assists with coordinating donor promotions, engagement, recognition activities, community partnerships, and volunteer activities. Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills are required, along with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
A typical day for a Marketing Coordinator will include meeting with the Divisional Donor Marketing Manager to identify priorities for the day and week. Activities will support blood and platelet collections needs, including visiting donor centers and blood drives, and the preparation of messaging and materials to encourage blood donations.

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed hourly range is $28.00 p/hr to $32.00 p/hr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
