Job Title: Events Specialist

Location: Houston, TX

Salary from: $1150 weekly

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Specialist to join our team. As an Events Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing exceptional events that create memorable experiences for our clients and guests. From conferences and trade shows to galas and corporate parties, you will play a key role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and create tailored event concepts and strategies
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, and logistic coordination
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event operations and timely delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and other event-related suppliers
  • Oversee event marketing and promotion activities, including the creation of event collateral and digital content

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
