Your Role

PAC is seeking a results-driven, resourceful, and experienced Marketing Events and Campaign Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of regional global marketing events and supporting global campaigns while ensuring alignment with the organizational global marketing goals. As a Marketing Events and Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing events, including digital events, in-person customer events, trade shows, and other campaign support activities, both digital and in-person. Position is located in Houston, TX at our corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of Global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Lead the coordination and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities, both digital and in-person.
  • Collaborate with global regional teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and cultural nuances to tailor marketing messages effectively.
  • Support the development, in collaboration with the Digital Content Manager, to develop collateral and digital content for digital and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with global channel partners to support their events and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the PAC’s overarching strategy.
  • Monitor event performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in every region globally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years in marketing, event coordination, or related roles is preferred.
  • Background in manufacturing industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Resourceful and intuitive learner with technology.
  • Experience in global marketing is a plus.
