New Solutions Staffing is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurse Supervisors to work in a Nursing Home located in Manhattan, NY 10040 directly with the facility.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities: Nursing supervisors provide a critical link between facility management and clinical care, overseeing patient-care operations, assigning, and monitoring staff nurses and identifying and implementing quality improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Provide a critical link between facility management and clinical care, overseeing patient-care operations, assigning, and monitoring staff nurses and identifying and implementing quality improvements.
• As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Planning, coordinating, and directing all nursing staff for various shifts on the assigned units
• Ongoing general evaluation of staff performance and activities to ensure and achieve optimal resident/patient care
• Participate in the formulation, implementation and interpretation of nursing policies and procedures and other duties within the scope of an RN Supervisor

Shift hours: NIGHT, 11:30pm-7:30am

Candidate must be available every other weekend, both Saturday & Sunday

Annual salary: $110K benefits, sign on bonus $20,000

Requirements: Active NYS RN License, minimum 2 years of RN Supervisor experience in a Nursing Home. Proof of COVID Vaccination is required.
