BUILD PARTNERSHIPS - THINK BEYOND - DO THE RIGHT THING

Job Priorities:  

  • Oversee the daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the VOP and site.
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with VOP leaders to discuss progress, address concerns, and plan future strategies.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, devise solutions, and implement corrective actions to prevent disruption of operations.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Daily management of Beeline requisitions including reviewing, approving, and tracking on a daily basis.
  • Weekly management of timesheets in Beeline including reviewing, approving, and addressing any issues of discrepancies.
  • Active management of onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees on a weekly basis.
  • Attendance and participation in weekly VOP meetings, which are designed to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Attend monthly HR meetings to review employee management, company policies, and other matters.
  • Conduct annual audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss performance review and future plans.
  • Participate in site reviews including assessing the physical workspace and insuring compliance of company standards.
  • Conduct and coordinate training for staff on the Voice of the Partner program to improve partner relationships and performance.
