New Horizons Interiors is Hiring an Operations Supervisor Near Louisville, KY
About us
Join New Horizons Interiors, our family-owned business. We are currently seeking an experienced candidate to fill the shoes as Office Manager. New Horizons has been in business selling commercial furniture nationwide to healthcare and offices since 1983.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installers every morning with all product for the days install
- Unload incoming trucks at warehouse
- Scheduling installs as product arrives
- Communicating to clients expected deliveries. Make sure you have correct person to communicate with and delivery location.
- Keep warehouse organized with Head Installer
- Follow up with clients after install is complete to make sure install went well.
Skills:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Proficient in managing staff
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and OneDrive)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. If you are a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills join our team as an Operations Assistant. We look forward to meeting you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
