Main Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of multifamily projects. |

Key Outputs/Results: The Project Manager shall meet expectations to complete multifamily projects. |
Key Relationships: Works primarily with the Office Manager, Outside Sales, Operations Manager, General Manager, Coordinator |
Essential Knowledge: Basic math skills. Good to excellent computer skills. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Suite Excellent communication skills Problem solving Project panning Risk management Time management |
Technical Skills: 2 years’ experience in multifamily building material supply required Previous experience with multifamily millwork installation for running trim, interior and exterior doors preferred Excellent understanding of how to build and manage project costs required. Strong developed skill to identify, track and manage project risk Strong interpersonal skills developed to engage and retain positive working relationships |
