Loan Repayment Opportunities
NEW Health is a non-profit federally qualified health center (FQHC). NEW Health is a member of the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) scholarships and loan repayment program. We are an NHSC approved site with a Primary Care HPSA Score of 17, a Dental HPSA Score of 20, and a Mental Health HPSA Score of 20. Additionally, NEW Health licensed health professionals are eligible to apply for the Washington State Health Professional Loan Repayment Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required. PHR or SPHR preferred. Experience working with employee benefit plans required. Experience with Human Resource Information Systems and report generation preferred. Valid driver license and insurance required.
Skills:
Computer skills required. Knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent organization. Knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions preferred and follow-up skills required. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required. Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle high stress and changing priorities required. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with people at all levels in the organization. Exhibits excellent relationship building skills. Valid driver’s license and insurance required. Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment required.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to move around the facility; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
