Summary/Objective
The Bartender will provide outstanding customer service to all guests, always maintain a clean and properly stocked bar at all times, and maintain a safe and inviting atmosphere. He or she will prepare all PSH drinks to expected standards set by management in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Functions

• Prepares drinks for servers and guests per management standards and in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assists guests with any questions about menu or gaming.
• Maintains alcohol costs during shift by following proper recipes.
• Takes food and drink orders and enters into Jonas POS system.
• Possesses thorough knowledge of PSH menu, and cocktail menu including draft, wine and alcohol offerings.
• Upsells products to guests.
• Properly IDs all guest and follow all ALE laws.
• Restocks and replenishes bar at the start, during and end of shift.
• Complies with all NC Health Dept. regulations. Maintain a clean and safe bar.
• Alerts management to any potential harmful situations with guests and alcohol.
• Changes kegs if needed.
• Reports to work in a clean and neat uniform.
• Completes other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple Team Members in a small area. Ability to function in tight work area, carry trays and dishes, and maneuver in close proximity of others.
Physical Demands
• Ability to carry trays of dishes up to 35 pounds at shoulder level.
• Ability to change kegs that weigh up to 160 pounds.
• Withstand standing for 8 hours at a time.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures.
• Ability to bend and lift items over your head.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Hours are varied. Team Members can be scheduled 10 to 45 hours per week, depending upon availability and needs of the restaurant. Team Members can be scheduled between the hours of 9:00 am to 1:00am, 7 days a week.
Preferred Education and Experience
Prior experience is preferred but not necessary. Will train for the position. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
