Bartender - Job Summary:
Join the vibrant world of mixology as a Bartender at First Class Workforce Solutions. Responsibilities:
· Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and creativity.
· Provide attentive and friendly customer service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
· Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
· Engage customers in a lively and positive manner.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed.
· Follow the health and safety guidelines of the local health department to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
· Stamina and agility to handle a fast-paced and dynamic bar environment.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hiring Essentials:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Reliable and consistent transportation.
· Eligibility to work in the United States.
· Willingness to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
· 2 years of previous experience as a Bartender.
· Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred.
· Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
