Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This position is based in an art center.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests/visitors in person, over the phone, and via email with their inquiries
- Handle any complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests
- Knowledge of art is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette for handling customer calls
