Summary: You will play a vital role in ensuring that our workspaces are consistently clean, tidy, and presentable. Your primary responsibilities will include the maintenance of various areas within the office, such as restrooms, break rooms, and conference rooms, Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and managing supplies needed for effective upkeep.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Restroom maintenance
  • Clean and sanitize all restrooms regularly to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
  • Restock paper towels soap and other restrooms as needed.
  • Monitor and report any issues with plumbing or facilities to the facilities management team
• Break Room
  • Clean and organize two break rooms, including countertops, tables, and appliances.
  • Ensure that refrigerators and microwaves are clean and in working order
• Office and Conference Rooms:
  • Ensure offices and conference rooms are clean and organized before and after use. Monitor and report any technical issues with equipment.
  • Regularly dust and clean surfaces to present a professional and inviting atmosphere.
• Coordinator will perform all duties in accordance with Nevada Pic A Part policies and procedures.Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies.Communicate supply needs to the appropriate department for timely replenishment

Expectations:Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry things. Comfortable walking to different areas for daily tasks. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

Compensation:

• $12.00 Hr.
• Part-Time Position
• Monday-Friday 8am-12pm
