POSITION AVAILABLE: Administrative Specialist
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Director, the Administrative Specialist provides logistical and administrative support for the Coalition. The Administrative Specialist is responsible daily bookkeeping tasks, office support, and travel arrangements.
QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years’ equivalent work and/or volunteer experience in an office environment or a Certificate or degree in Office Administration, Communications, or related humanities field. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills and computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite is required. Experience in administrative support and bookkeeping. Applicant must have reliable transportation and valid State ID. EEO employer.
HOURS: Full Time, $20 – $22 per hour to start.
Hybrid Position: In office 3 days a work, telework 2 days a week
