HR Assistant's responsibilities include overseeing the field operations staffing needs. designing company policies and setting objectives for the Staffing team. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.
The Senior Human Resources Assistant will have hands-on experience of the hiring process. Know how to write persuasive job listings, post job ads on recruitment sites and review candidates’ qualifications to shortlist the best fit for an interview. The ideal candidates know how to perform background checks, keep records, maintain confidentiality and enforce compliance with labor regulations. Maintain warm relations with different people, have excellent listening skills and know how to gauge applicants’ responses during an interview. Must be comfortable with public speaking, the use of interactive media and other digital devices to facilitate employee training.
