Job Description:

  • Managing employee benefits and completing bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Coordinating with external vendors to complete employee purchase order requests
  • Preparing, utilizing and maintaining documents, files, reports, e-mails, records, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Staff main reception desk, including greeting and checking in visitors
  • Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
  • Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
  • Assisting with employee onboarding, offboarding and recognition efforts

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of complex administrative or office management experience
  • Professional presence with a confident and approachable personality
  • The ability to effectively and successfully respond to problem situations and prioritize issues
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Above average organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Complex calendar/scheduling skills
  • The ability to work independently
