Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Buyer's Agent to expand our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, with a strong emphasis on client acquisition and satisfaction. You will play a critical role in driving our sales through strategic prospecting and utilizing enhanced marketing techniques to attract and retain buyers.
Compensation:$50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Implement aggressive prospecting techniques to identify and attract potential buyers
- Follow an 8-week training program
- Conduct market analysis to guide buyers through the purchasing process
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and materials tailored to the local real estate market
- Maintain and expand client relationships through exceptional follow-up and service
- Negotiate purchase agreements, manage buyer concerns, and facilitate smooth transactions
- Real estate license in the State of Nevada
- 2 years of experience as a buyer's agent or in a similar role in real estate preferred, however, experience is not necessary as our team specializes in training and education
- Strong understanding of the Lake Las Vegas real estate market and buyer demographics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and platforms
