NetWorth Realty agents buy and sell distressed residential properties. Our agents work both in the local offices and out in the field. Whether looking for the next property to buy or sell, meeting with attorneys, buyers, and other real estate professionals, or meeting with their clients during a property rehab, no two days are alike. Responsibilities and Duties

• Learn the NetWorth proven model.

• Attend in-office meetings to learn from management and other team members.

• Identify and purchase distressed properties that can provide a solid return for buyers.
• Network to build new and maintain long-term relationships.
• Work in proprietary software for managing contacts, contracts, and rehabs.
• Provide detailed suggested rehab for properties.
• Sell properties from our private inventory.
• Work with buyers throughout the rehab process.

Qualifications and Skills

• You must have an active real estate license or be in the process of getting a license.
• Willingness to learn the NetWorth model.
• Work with strong ethics to support the NetWorth Realty national brand.
