The IT Security & Management Division (ITSMD) primarily manages information security and admission’s relative to the various IT systems and programs. ITSMD is responsible for ensuring the program officers i.e., OMS Information Management Officers, the Senior Information Officer, Information Security Officer, and Liaison Privacy Officers within their respective programs comply with Federal Security and EPA policies, procedures, and standards of operations as appropriate.Duties and Responsibilities:

Network Runners, Inc is seeking a Senior Business & Financial Operations Specialist - Business Systems Analyst for the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Mission Support (ITSMD). ITSMD is responsible for ensuring the program officers i.e., OMS Information Management Officers, the Senior Information Officer, Information Security Officer, and Liaison Privacy Officers within their respective programs comply with Federal Security and EPA policies, procedures, and standards of operations as appropriate.Duties and Responsibilities:
- The ability to provide oversight of the Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC) support, analysis and portfolio management support for the investments, systems, and applications within the OMS IT portfolio.
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Support efforts to strengthen and improve IT/IM functions by integrating or aligning IT/IM processes with Agency financial, administrative, and other processes as clarified by the CORs.
- Provide analysis of the existing OMS investments and systems.
- Support the investment management and review process by analyzing the OMS IT/IM portfolio to identify strategic opportunities in support of Agency rationalization efforts and ensure investment information is current.
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience within EPA.
- A minimum of 10 years’ work experience.
- B.S. in Business Management or Systems Analysis, or closely related field.
