NetWitness is Hiring a Netwitness Educational Service Manager Near Miami, FL

  • Overview:
    • The Instructional Designer Manager will play a crucial role in leading a team of instructional designers, instructor and project managers, driving the development of technical NetWitness training materials, including Instructor Lead and OnDemand. The candidate should have a passion for education, a strong background in instructional design, and excellent leadership skills.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Netwitness Technical and Business Knowledge:
      • Technical NetWitness knowledge ideal, including features, roadmap, deployment, configuration, tunning, customization. Admin and Analyst experience/mindset would be beneficial in this role.
      • Business knowledge including financial revenue tracking and recognition. Costs tracking and processes, including partner and supplier invoicing. Sale and Sales operations knowledge.
    • Team Leadership:
      • Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
      • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.
    • Instructional Design:
      • Oversee the design and development of instructional materials, including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments.
      • Ensure that instructional content aligns with learning objectives and meets the needs of the target audience.
    • Content Development:
      • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content requirements.
      • Lead the creation of engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and skill development.
    • Project Management:
      • Define project scopes, timelines, and budgets for instructional design projects.
      • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Conduct quality checks on instructional materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to instructional design best practices.
    • Technology Integration:
      • Stay current with instructional design trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into learning solutions.
    • Evaluation and Assessment:
      • Implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning materials and make improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
