Netsol Technologies Americas, Inc. is Hiring a Dealer Solutions Specialist Near Austin, TX

NETSOL is seeking a Dealer Solutions Specialist to expand the reach of our automotive digital retail platform by growing our network of subscribing dealer partners. This is a dynamic and pivotal role aimed at spearheading NETSOL’s new digital retail initiative to diversify our market reach by targeting the broader franchise and non-franchise dealer market. These roles are designed for ambitious leaders who are ready to deep dive into the franchise and non-franchise dealer markets, identify emerging needs, and lead the development and positioning of cutting-edge digital retail solutions. This position requires a blend of market research, field research, strategic business development, and hands-on engagement with potential clients, serving as the foundational step towards building a diversified portfolio of dealer clients.

  • Market Analysis & Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive field research within both franchise and non-franchise dealer sectors to uncover market demands, challenges, and opportunities for digital retail solutions.
  • Product Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to translate market insights into effective product development strategies and compelling marketing messages.
  • Beta Testing Coordination: Identify and engage potential beta test partners among the dealership community, facilitating product trials, gathering feedback, and iterating on the product based on real-world usage.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development and marketing strategies are informed by direct market insights and dealer needs.
  • Training Materials Development: Spearhead the creation of comprehensive, intuitive training materials tailored for dealers. This includes developing user-friendly guides, interactive e-learning modules, and video tutorials that effectively communicate the value and functionality of our digital retail solutions.
  • Training Program Implementation: Lead the implementation of a robust training program for dealers, ensuring it is scalable, accessible, and effective across both franchise and non-franchise dealerships. This program should be designed to empower dealers with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the benefits of our digital retail solutions, enhancing their sales operations and customer engagement.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both franchise and non-franchise dealers, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and market opportunities.
  • Strategic Account Targeting: Identify and prioritize key dealership accounts and OEM representatives who have significant influence over the certification of digital retail applications. Develop tailored strategies for each target account based on their specific needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Value Proposition Customization: Craft compelling, customized value propositions that clearly articulate the unique benefits of NETSOL’s digital retail solutions. Emphasize how these solutions address specific pain points and contribute to the dealership's growth and efficiency.
  • Relationship Building & Network Expansion: Establish and cultivate relationships with dealerships, especially focusing on non-franchise/independent dealers, to understand their specific needs and position NETSOL as a solution provider.
  • Solution Selling: Employ a solution-selling approach that focuses on understanding and solving the specific challenges faced by dealers and OEMs. This involves in-depth consultations, demonstrations, and discussions to showcase the adaptability and effectiveness of NETSOL's solutions.
  • Objection Handling and Negotiation: Master the art of handling objections and negotiating terms that align with the interests of both NETSOL and its clients. Be prepared with data-driven arguments, success stories, and flexibility in negotiations to overcome barriers and close deals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Effectively manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a consistent pipeline of business. Implement rigorous follow-up strategies and leverage CRM tools to track progress and engagements.
  • Partnership and Ecosystem Development: Work towards establishing partnerships and becoming a part of the broader automotive retail ecosystem. This includes participating in industry events, forums, and associations to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Feedback Loop and Continuous Improvement: Maintain a feedback loop with clients throughout pre-sale to post-sale to gather insights on product performance and client satisfaction. Use this feedback to inform product development and improve sales strategies, ensuring continuous alignment with market needs.
