Computer Support Technician Position Available!

Well established IT consulting and services firm based in Los Angeles is looking for an experienced, a committed professional who enjoys working on multiple projects with multiple clients.

Candidates must live in the Los Angeles area, as this position requires driving to client site locations.

We are currently hiring for the following full-time position:

* Computer Support Technician to provide onsite support to our clients

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Provide scheduled onsite support to clients in the greater Los Angeles area for both break/fix and proactive work
• Onsite implementations as needed (Firewalls, UPS’s, WiFi, etc)
• Assisting with Help Desk tickets when not scheduled for a specific client

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check successfully
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance

Candidate requirements: Minimum 2 years related experience working directly with clients and systems

Experience with the following:

• Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems
• Microsoft Office / 365
• Networking/routing/switching, TCP/IP
• Firewalls and VPN
• Virtual Machines (VMWare, Hyper-V)
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage ticketing system
• Previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience

We need someone who can think on their feet, who knows how to prioritize and manage their time effectively and who knows when to ask for help. We need someone who can juggle multiple duties and projects simultaneously without letting standards slip or have things fall through the cracks. Starting salary for this position will be based on experience compared with our specific requirements as outlined above.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
