**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
**Duties:**
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and schedule employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee merchandising and ensure the store is visually appealing
- Manage payroll and monitor expenses to optimize profitability
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cash registers
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Proficient in shift management, including scheduling and delegating tasks
- Familiarity with inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques
- Good phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
