Pay: $19.50 - $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
