Live Buzz Co is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative. As a Cashier/Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately handling transactions. You will have the opportunity to interact with a variety of customers and ensure their satisfaction by assisting with their inquiries and needs.

Pay:

 $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide them with a warm welcome
• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station at all times
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and offer suggestions
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Upsell additional products and services to customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills and the ability to operate electronic cash registers
