Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and technology products. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, processing transactions accurately, and promoting products to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Collaborate with management and team members to achieve production goals

-Ability to meet production requirements and service the customers with expedience to meet out contractual requirements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service and cash handling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members

-Must have a High School Diploma or GED

-Must be able to pass a random drug test and finger print background test

-Must have all Federal and State Income Taxes up to date

-Personal Property Taxes must be paid, and up to date

-All Vehicle Registrations must be up to date

-Must have a valid driver's license with no suspensions

-Ability to type at least 40 WPM

-Must be able to stand 8 hours a day
