- Update account information
- Import daily web transactions
- Respond to emails
- Data entry
- Customer service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- At least 2 years in a call center environment
- Lead experience a plus!!!
- Intermediate Word/Excel skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task & good communication skills (email, phone)
Pay: $13.50 to $14.00 per hour - some positions offer an opportunity to earn commission
