Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office
- Supervise and support office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely payments
- Plan and coordinate office events, such as team-building activities or employee recognition programs
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
